Drear-Bløgg or madumb

After neglecting to participate in online exhibitionism over the past two weeks, I return to you, a survivor of many sorts. Too many things on the plate, relationships cracking others renovated or refurbished, trips, shows, work and sunshine. Flowers, bugs and thunderstorms. Dreams of flying snakes, swimming in mirror pools, 6 billion dollars with Barton sisters and running away in the escape pod. I hold out for dandelion fever, and Chicago on Thursday.

Illustration and design converge in CREATIVE TYPE No.3, Toronto’s third annual exhibition of experimental typography. Featuring the work of more than 60 artists and designers, this sprawling and imaginative showcase of letter-based art highlights the wildly expressive potential of language and type.
